Terms of Service
1. Services
Faith Inclusive Hair provides professional hair braiding services by appointment only, in Bryan, TX 77802.
2. Booking & Deposit
- A twenty dollar ($20) deposit is required to book (unless a different amount is shown for your selected service). The deposit is applied to your final cost.
- Please book at least two (2) days ahead of your preferred appointment.
- Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is non-refundable. If you change your date, you will need to book your slot again and the deposit does not carry over. Changes are not accepted after booking.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit.
- Concerns about your service should be raised within three (3) days of your appointment.
4. Late Arrivals
- A fifteen (15) minute grace period applies.
- Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive more than thirty (30) minutes late.
5. Payment
- The deposit is collected securely online via Square (card).
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Cash preferred. Cards are accepted (processing fees apply). Zelle: faithinclusivehair@gmail.com.
- No refunds after the service has been completed.
6. Preparation Requirements
- Natural hair should be at least four (4) inches in length.
- Arrive with freshly washed and blown-out hair, free of tangles and heavy oils.
- Please come alone — no extra guests.
7. Pricing
- Listed prices are generally based on mid-back length.
- Additional length or complexity may incur extra charges.
- Final price may be confirmed at consultation or before your service begins.
8. Liability
Faith Inclusive Hair is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products when those products or ingredients have been disclosed to you and you have chosen to proceed. Please voice any concerns before you leave the premises.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
